My goal is to direct this company toward becoming the leader in our industry.  To the company this will mean more revenue, more profit, and more innovation that serves our customers’ needs and will provide an attractive place to work.
To achieve this goal means a healthy increase in sales, sales revenue and profit growth each year.
We sincerely believe that if we work together we can achieve this change, and in the process create a firm that will be admired by our customers, employees, stockholders and Board of Directors, and will serve our community.
A company that will embrace empowerment for empowerment brings constant change and for that reason we will encourage people to grow and innovate.  A company that has the ability to put the right people and technology in place and relies on those people to execute better than everyone else and through focused determination finds the best possible way of doing business and then together we will improve them every day.
