Consumer Product Returns

For product returns, please follow the instructions below to assure prompt handling:
- If products were damaged in shipping, please notify the shipping company within 24 hours of receipt.
- Returns must be made directly to Forney Industries and not to a local Forney dealer.
- Items must be unused or defective to be returned. There may be a 15% handling and/or restocking fee assessed for items that do not meet these conditions.
- Write the reason for returning the product on your packing slip.
- If the packing slip is not available, please provide the purchase date, the original invoice number, the item number for the product, your best contact information and the reason the item is being returned.
- Carefully package the item(s) using the original packaging/shipping material if possible.
- Ship the package to Forney Industries, 3900 Canal Drive, Fort Collins, CO 80524.
- All returned products must be shipped freight prepaid. Forney Industries will not accept C.O.D. deliveries.
