1/8" x 14" EST Nickel-Free Cast Iron Stick Electrodes, 1 Lbs

Forney® EST nickel-free cast iron stick electrodes with non-conductive flux coating for non-machinable welds on machine bases, furnace grates, exhaust manifolds, etc. These electrodes seal in porosity generating contaminants prior to finish welding with nickels. EST easily clads heat oxidized and oil impregnated castings. They are the perfect color match to cast iron.

Welding Techniques: Use a stringer or moderate weave technique. When cladding, cover the entire base surface prior to finish welding.
